Membership primary care for the Carlton Landing community. One flat monthly fee covers most of what your family needs, with no copays or surprise bills. Care that’s close to home, from someone who knows you.
The clinic sits right on Highway 9, about 5 minutes from Carlton Landing — for visits, labs, and the in-house pharmacy. And when you head back to the city, your care rides along: the same provider by call, text, or video, all year.
Visits, labs, and the in-house pharmacy, a short drive from the lake.
Video visits, messages, and calls from wherever you are. Your provider stays the same when your zip code changes.
Reach your provider directly instead of working through a phone tree or an unfamiliar on-call line.
Direct Primary Care is a membership model. Instead of billing insurance or charging per visit, you pay one flat monthly fee that covers most of your day-to-day primary care needs.
Fewer patients per provider means real face time and a relationship built on trust.
One predictable monthly fee, with labs, imaging, and meds billed at our cost.
We focus on keeping you well, catching issues early instead of reacting late.
Reach us by call, text, email, or telehealth, with same or next-day appointments.
Samantha has spent over 12 years in nursing. Her path started at McAlester High School and has since spanned geriatrics, home care, and family medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with high honors and has a special interest in women’s health.
She’s part of this community, not a name in a distant network. Outside the clinic she’s usually at her kids’ games or out at the lake with family.
Your provider is Samantha Douglas, APRN. Behind her, a local team of physicians provides clinical backup and continuity for the practice:
Three simple ways to get care. Pick the one that fits.

Still deciding if DPC is right for you? Send the clinic a quick note or call, and they’ll help you decide.
Membership covers your day-to-day primary care. Many members pair it with insurance or a health share to cover specialists, hospital stays, and surgery — your membership is not an insurance plan.
Samantha Douglas, APRN is your provider, and she’s accepting new patients now. A local team of physicians — Dr. Beene, Dr. Cross, and Dr. Berges — provides clinical backup and continuity for the practice.
